When will my order ship?

• Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order unless the products specified the approximate date that they will be shipped.
• Orders placed on Friday will take 2 more days to process because we are closed on the weekends. Our regular business operates from Monday to Friday.
• You will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.  Most orders are delivered to your door within 15 business days.   

• You may change your order ONLY before your order is shipped. In most cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours upon receiving order. Please request changes within 12 hours after you placed an order. All requests for changes must be sent in writing via our contact form to avoid miscommunication. Please note clearly the changes you would like to make to your order and use your order number as reference with the request e-mail. 
• Pre-Order changes must be made 48 hours prior to the release date of the product due to the process involved in shipping pre-orders.

• You may cancel your order ONLY before your order is shipped. All cancellation must be sent in writing via our contact form located on the Contact Us page.. Please reference your order number in your e-mail. 
• DDRFly cannot guarantee the cancellation of in-stock items due to the speedy fulfillment of our order processors and shipping staffs. There will be a 20% restocking fee plus 2 times the shipping fee (This is how much the freight company charges us for all refused package) for all shipments refused by the customer.
• Pre-Order cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the release date of the product due to the process involved in shipping pre-orders.

• We use Federal Express, UPS and US Postal Service to ship your purchases.
• You will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.

• DDRFly currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

• Sales Tax will will only be charged to residents WY.

• Your credit card will be charged within 48 hours to the release date of the product due to the process involved in shipping pre-orders. This allow us to get the product to you faster.

• No. You will have to place separate order for Pre-Order products. This will avoid charging your credit card for products that are not available to ship at time of order.

• DDRFly offers a 15 day return policy (from the date of shipment delivered). Please see our return policy page for detail information. No return on all opened software and video games. Please note that you must request for a return authorization number before returning any packages.

• Yes, all of DDRFly products are BRAND NEW, absolutely NO refurbished products.

• FYes, but only on small orders such as software or regular dance pads and game accessories.  For large items such as deluxe pads, metal pads etc, No because UPS or Fedex do not delivered packages to PO Box address. 

• At this time DDRFly can only process orders to ship to United States destinations and Canada.

• Yes, credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information. This is only used for security purposes to check and verify the credit card numbers and to process transactions.
